Grand Current Seafood is the seafood division of CV Maju Makmur Raya: sea and freshwater lobster, mud crab, cantang grouper and dried sea cucumber, bought from pond farmers and fishing crews. Grades are confirmed against real stock before any volume is committed.

Epinephelus fuscoguttatus × E. lanceolatus

Tiger × giant grouper hybrid, farmed for even growth. Firm white flesh, and a harvest that lands within one size band.

To buyer specification. Pond harvests grade more evenly than wild catch, so a requested band is usually achievable — confirmed before dispatch.

We buy from pond farmers and fishing crews; species, size and condition are checked at collection, not later.

Graded before it is packed

Every consignment is graded by size and condition before packing. We never quote stock we have not seen.

Live holding and cold chain

Live stock is conditioned before dispatch; chilled and frozen product stays temperature-controlled; handling confirmed with buyers per route.

Dispatch and documents

Routing minimises time out of water. Documents arranged with your forwarder and Indonesian authorities; permit details on request.
